Catering
A licensed, professional caterer must be used. We must receive from them a copy of their business license and a certificate of insurance 14 days prior to your event. The caterer will have use of the Manor's staging area as well as other areas designated by the Mansion Staff.
The facilities may be used for serving only, not for cooking or food preparation.

Alcohol Policy
A licensed bartender must serve alcoholic beverages. The renter must obtain a Banquet Permit from any Washington State Liquor Store. The Sanders Mansion must receive a copy of the permit and the bartender's license one month prior to your event.
Alcohol is limited to Beer, Wine and Champagne. No hard liquor is allowed. If your guests become noticeably intoxicated, The Sanders Mansion reserves the right to close the bar.

Children
Children are always welcome, however it is your responsibility to see that they are supervised at all times. Please keep children away from the Ponds, Gardens and Pastures. Children may be in the mansion only when accompanied by a responsible adult.
Decorations
The Sanders Mansion is a registered Historic Site. For this reason, no one is permitted to alter or customize any part of the property for their event. No material may be attached, affixed, tacked, stapled or taped on the walls, doors, interior or exterior of Sanders Mansion. The artwork may not be removed from the walls.
No Smoking
The Sanders Mansion is designated as a Non-Smoking Area. Guests may smoke in the outside areas only. Please place cigarette butts in appropriate disposal containers.
Insurance
Thirty days prior to your event, Renter shall provide Sanders Mansion a certificate of Insurance naming Sanders Mansion as additional named insured on the Renter's General Liability Insurance Policy.
