Reservations, Billing, Security & Cancellation Policy

Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. A signed rental agreement and a non-refundable $1000 deposit are required to reserve your date.

The balance of the rental fee will be due January 31, 2008 and is not refundable. We accept cash and checks.

A damage deposit of $500 is required. The damage deposit is fully refundable and will be returned to you, provided there is no cleaning charges and damage.

If any damage or theft occurs, you will be responsible for the entire amount, even if it exceeds $500.
